Hotel was beautiful and the game of Throne theme throughout was fab! Room was huge, bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was great. All was spotless. The staff made our stay, we went for a couple of days break and to watch the Cheltenham races, the bar staff were brilliant both days (Even remembered on the 2nd day and offered to put the TV on correct channel for us). Restaurant and reception staff again were fabulous and always remembered us from small things like adding on breakfast last minute the 2nd day and not having to even re tell them our name/room number. The food was also amazing! Grounds are also lovely, garden at the back with the river walk. Brilliant, will be back!

Everything. The check in was quick and the receptionist very helpful and friendly. Food in restaurant delicious (had Steak) and chips, best I've ever tasted. When we asked for toothpicks from waiter he got us some, and that's a bonus nowadays as very few eatiers have them. Could fault nothing. Rooms were big and very clean. Beds were comfortable, but the biggest asset was there was no noise from our nearbouring guest although there were occupancy on both sides, you could hear nothing, no mumbling from chat or anything. Overall our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend it to other travellers who are wanting a base to see Antrims famous Glens.

Location is great and good to have electric vehicle charging in hotel car park. There is usually a non EV car parked here but I think it is staff and they will move if you ask. Lift was not working but thankfully this did not affect our party but could have been an issue for those with mobility issues. Food was excellent and rooms are nice and spacious. Great sea views whilst having a drink and staff are very well trained and attentive. Gardens are small but immaculately kept and worth a stroll around. Bed is comfortable. Ghost room was class and atmospheric. Game of Thrones door to restaurant is really cool.

Staff were wonderful. There were a couple of stains on the duvet cover in the room I booked (it happens from time to time!), but they remedied it immediately and gave me a different (upgraded) room and it was lovely. Very clean and very spacious and comfortable with a lovely view. It was great to see the historical aspects of the property and to sit and have a drink beside a real fire in a comfortable chair. I also ate at the restaurant and it was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again, because it’s clear staff take pride in their jobs and in providing a wonderful experience for guests.

Everything. It's one of our favourite hotels to stay at. The food is amazing and the staff are helpful and friendly. The views are absolutely stunning. Really recommend a sea view room and breakfast overlooking the water in the morning is a must. Don't forget to order the sticky toffee pudding! It's unforgettable and for the brave you can pay a visit to the Tower room and say Hello to the ghost. Will definitely be back again.
